Sunnyside was founded by Ermal Shehu, a builder who'd had enough of jobs finished badly and clients left in the lurch. The idea was simple: do it right, be where you said you'd be, and take pride in the finish.
We handle the full scope of residential building across Shropshire and Birmingham. Extensions, full renovations, loft conversions, structural foundations, roofing (including EPDM flat roofs), driveways, landscaping, and the kind of careful repointing that makes a period house look right again.
We don't take on more than we can finish well. Most of our work comes through word of mouth, and we'd like it to stay that way.
